I freaking crushed myself yesterday. I am sore all over today, big time. Chelle and I did a 5 1/2 hour mountain bike ride. Started at 10,000 feet at Kenosha Pass, rode all damn day, got above timberline at the end at Georgia Pass, with lots of up and down. We're talking single track dirt only here.. .lots of big ass long hills (like one was a 2 hour climb) over roots, rocks, etc. I need a rest day in a big way!
I don't have a rope so I subbed 5 Chest to bar pullups.

ReplyDeleteI wanted to have something to compare to today so I also did 5 CTBs. Thought I was going to get 9 rounds but I slowed down at the end.
ReplyDelete8 rounds + 5 WBs. Rested 10 minutes then did the 5 rounds of cleans and burpees. BEAT DOWN.
