Yoga

Gentlemen... might I suggest yoga once a week? I think it's really helpful especially as we're getting a bit older. Yoga of the "power yoga" type not the "stretching" type. We have been doing this once per week and it's a good thing. The P90X Yoga DVD is good and I also got a new one on Amazon for like $9, Bob Harper yoga inside out or something like that.
