This was less fun than expected and I did not expect it to be fun at all. I was out of breath by the time I started the pull-ups. I need to get serious again. Squats 44 Push ups 30 Box jumps 20 Pull ups 12 Subbed GHD 15 Wall Ball 15 Burpess 8 (that was a truly sad effort) Double Unders 40 Total out of shape reps 184.
