Cindy

  1. What a ball buster. Every time I do this it just kicks my tail.

    I went in worried that I would perform worse than the last time I did Cindy, which was a pr 23.5 rounds.

    Today I finished 25 rounds, my push-ups are still on a box because it puts less tension on my shoulder, which is still angry at me.

    I was pleasantly surprised. My buddy Chad who has been WODing with me for a few months complete 20 + pull-ups, he is a beast. It was his first time doing Cindy.
