15 AMRAP: 10 Pull-ups, 10 Wallball and Run 400

  1. I wanted to do a cardio WOD this morning and this one did just that.

    I went unbroken on all pull-ups and wall balls, which in reps of 10 isn't that impressive.

    I completed 5 full rounds and ran back into the garage with :10 seconds left so I got 1 pull-up in on round 6.

    With the weather warming up and less ice on the ground I am trying to put more runs in so I can build back up the running stamina.
