5 RFT: Run 400 and 10 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-ups

  2. So this was a new take on Fran. First work your way up to a heavy single front squat with a 3 second pause at the bottom. 280#s of suck. Then drop to 80% and do three sets of 3 with no pause. I only did two of the drop sets. Then Fran. 4:41 as rx'd. No pr but plenty of suck ass after those heavy front squats.
