This was a good mix that provided various movement speed. K2E and Weighted Sit-ups, you can only do so fast and Jumping Lunge and Burpee you can push hard on. Here are my totals: K2E: 47Jumping Lunge: 125Weighted Sit-up: 80Burpee: 51
