Tabata Tuesday - April 12 - Knees 2 Elbow, Jumping Lunge, Weighted Sit-up and Burpee

  1. This was a good mix that provided various movement speed. K2E and Weighted Sit-ups, you can only do so fast and Jumping Lunge and Burpee you can push hard on.

    Here are my totals:
    K2E: 47
    Jumping Lunge: 125
    Weighted Sit-up: 80
    Burpee: 51
