EMOM - 5 Rounds of Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squates

  1. Ok, working on getting back in the swing of posting WODs on the blog.

    Did this sucker yesterday and I am fully expecting to be sore from it.

    Total Reps went like this:
    Pull-ups: 85
    Push-ups: 141
    Squats: 221
