This one was tough. Did it like this:Burpees - 50 reps (got distracted, HR monitor was acting up)DLs - 135Box Jumps - 20" 6 roundsTGU's - scaled to 30 lbs (shoulder surgery)Got 14 reps. That's lame, I was slow.7 Snatches7 Pullups Switched it to pullups because I did tons of pushups yesterday... So got almost 5 rounds (minus 3 pullups)Rowing - 78 calories
