Dallas 5

  1. This one was tough. Did it like this:

    Burpees - 50 reps (got distracted, HR monitor was acting up)

    DLs - 135
    Box Jumps - 20" 6 rounds

    TGU's - scaled to 30 lbs (shoulder surgery)
    Got 14 reps. That's lame, I was slow.

    7 Snatches
    7 Pullups
    Switched it to pullups because I did tons of pushups yesterday...
    So got almost 5 rounds (minus 3 pullups)

    Rowing - 78 calories
