Did this as 10 Ring dips, 20 Ghd Situps (only to parallel, and 500m Row. This was my first work out with full range, no pain ring dips. I messed up my shoulder a year ago lifting a patient. TT 36:21.36 Rows went 1:48.6, 1:56.1, 1:56.9, 1:56.1. Went out too fast on the first one.
