4 RFT Ring Dips, GHDSU, 400m Run

  1. Did this as 10 Ring dips, 20 Ghd Situps (only to parallel, and 500m Row. This was my first work out with full range, no pain ring dips. I messed up my shoulder a year ago lifting a patient.
    TT 36:21.36
    Rows went 1:48.6, 1:56.1, 1:56.9, 1:56.1. Went out too fast on the first one.
