  1. I did this by myself, I have noticed I am not as fast when I am by myself. Needless to say, I was slower than my 9:33 PR. The pull-up killed me this time.

  2. Hey guys... still out here... today was the first time I've rowed in 10 weeks. It hurt the knee and shoulder.. just went slow like 2:10 500M... not pulling much with arms. Range of motion in knee isn't good.. just doing PT, etc.

  3. Way to go man, it starts somewhere. I hope the PT is making a difference.

  4. Good work Fletcher! Focus on what you can do, your PT, where you are going not where are at, stay positive and stay optimistic. You will get there sooner than you think.

  5. Thank you fellas. About to go do it some more today. Just haven't been able to get my metcon on in forever... not sweating too much lately. I think I need to try harder to get that heart rate up! I can row now, mildly, but can't do it too much or I get sore, so I will keep trying to ramp that up, and some spin bike.
