I have started doing Tabata Tuesday every week. We usually do between 4-6 movements and the goal. Today we did KBS at 54 lbs, Burpee, Dumbbell Thrusters at 40 lbs and Pull-ups. My total reps were:KBS - 73Burpee - 56Thruster - 47Pull-up - 53Total - 229My shoulders are smoked.
