Tabata Tuesday: KBS, Burpee, Thruster and Pull-up

  1. I have started doing Tabata Tuesday every week. We usually do between 4-6 movements and the goal.

    Today we did KBS at 54 lbs, Burpee, Dumbbell Thrusters at 40 lbs and Pull-ups.

    My total reps were:
    KBS - 73
    Burpee - 56
    Thruster - 47
    Pull-up - 53
    Total - 229

    My shoulders are smoked.
