30 knees-to-elbows
30 sit-ups
30-cal. row
30 sit-ups
30 knees-to-elbows
30 overhead walking lunges
Men: Lunge with 45-lb. plate

    So that's what I did. TT 9:35

    Going mtn biking in Colorado in February tomorrow. Have a 30 mile 4-5 hour ride planned with 3,200 feet of vertical gain planned out.
