Hey guys... each morning we can post the WOD, pics, links, whatever we want, and then we can all put our comments under there and even put a "compare to" link over time just like the main site has, and compare results within our own blog. You first have to sign up for a blogger account. You can do that here.
I hope this works out. I'm going to figure out how to make it so that you can all create your own posts as well. Before I can do that, you have to set up a blogger account. Email me your blogger ID once you have done this.

Alright. This is my first time blogging, believe it or not. Been on cheesy martial arts forums, but only posted once on request of one of my teachers. But this is different and will be fun. Back slowly getting better. Took yesterday and today off from Crossfit, but doing a bunch of Wing Tzun. Will try to do some light front squats tomorrow...
