  4. Legs are super sore from the 150 wall balls. Had to walk/jog/run warm-up and stretch for a long time before getting to the front squats.

    155 / 185 / 205 / 225 / 245 (failed)

  5. First time doing the front squat, so my numbers aren't all that impressive. I'm surprised how hard these actually are. I was trying to concentrate on form, but man my wrists were killing me during this.

    135/ 155/ 165/ 175/ 175

    Still feeling those wall balls myself. Did the standard CFWU with some short runs (400m) at the beginning and the end.

  6. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to town to go to the gym after I was home so I made a little sub out in the garage. 37 degrees in the garage, pullup bar was cold. I did a Lynne make up with Handstand Pushups subbed for bodyweight bench. I rested 3 min between rounds.
    HSPU Pullups
    R1 18 26
    R2 13 18
    R3 9 14
    R4 8 12
    R5 7 11
    Total 55 81 136

    I think that was a more than fair sub. And an ass kicker. Later men. ELK

    This morning did For time:
    225 pound Deadlift, 21 reps 1:02
    Run 800 meters 4:34
    225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
    Run 800 meters 4:10
    225 pound Deadlift, 9 reps :33
    Run 800 meters: 3:37
    Time: 16:01

    This afternoon front squats 95X3, 115X3, 135X3, 185X3, 225X3 235X2(failed on the third).

    Ran another 800m with clients later. Looks like more running tomorrow.

  10. Hello All,

    For those who don't know me, I work with Craig at ARCADIS, and have been doing CF for just under 3 months now.

    I was up a Winter Park/Mary Jane this week, doing my WODs on the slopes. The snow was great, it snowed everyday. Got back late Thursday. So I did this one Friday.

    Previous FS I could only do the last 2 rounds 1,1,1 of 195 and 200.

    165x3,185x3,195x3,205x3PR!,210x2, failed on the last rep, tried to get it a few minutes later, still failed. But beat my previous.
