  1. So this was some pure evil from crossfit frontier. We did it after working up to 3 heavy single back squats, so my gluteous maximus was primed to cramp solid.

    This little bastard is evil because can just keep going and right when you are about to cramp up you get a short "break" from the lunges. 5 rounds + 1 MU
