Thursday WOD - I have been wanting to do longer WODs to get back in peak shape. So the heavy dumbbell thruster (40# dbs) and run WOD was a great start, then threw in same structure with Pull ups, some good ole push the pull. Thruster TT 9:19Pull-ups TT 8:07
