21-18-15 Fun: First round was DB Thruster/Run second round was Pull-up/Run

  1. Thursday WOD - I have been wanting to do longer WODs to get back in peak shape. So the heavy dumbbell thruster (40# dbs) and run WOD was a great start, then threw in same structure with Pull ups, some good ole push the pull.
