  1. I felt pretty good, still getting over being sick and it is having and affect on my performance. Also, my shoulder is starting to feel better, thus this is the first time I have done wallballs since September.

    Anyway, I did not put up a new PR, to many days of with frustration over my shoulder and sickness. Oh well, my previous PR was 24:56, yesterday I was off of it and did a TT of 26:13.
