Squat Clean PR: 5-5-5-3-3-2

  1. Monday I wasn't able to get a morning WOD in so I did an evening WOD and since it was just me I focused on lifting.

    With my shoulder beginning to feel better I decided to do some power cleans, then I decided to do squat cleans and as I did them I was feeling really good so I went for a PR and actually did it.

    5 - 95
    5 - 115
    5 - 125
    3 - 135
    3 - 145
    2 - 155 (PR for me)

    I tried 165 and couldn't get under it. This is my next goal, I want to get to a minimum max of my body weight.
