Monday I wasn't able to get a morning WOD in so I did an evening WOD and since it was just me I focused on lifting.
With my shoulder beginning to feel better I decided to do some power cleans, then I decided to do squat cleans and as I did them I was feeling really good so I went for a PR and actually did it.

I tried 165 and couldn't get under it. This is my next goal, I want to get to a minimum max of my body weight.
