3 RFT 50 Cal Row, 150 DUs, 50 Walking Lunges

  1. Was sore from Monday so I did a 5k row at and easy pace. Just under 23 minutes.

  2. Still sore today and so I only did 2 RFT. and only 100 DUs. Was doing mostly singles in the beginning and towards the end of the second round I was doing mostly sets of 10. Also only did 33 lunges (one lap of the driveway).

    The 5k row was yesterday (Wednesday).
