Filthy Fifty

  1. Was going to do this yesterday, but the garage was too messy. I did a 5k row instead.
    Garage still messy today, so I had to omit some of the exercises.
    All exercises were done 50 each.
    jumping pull-ups, KB swings 1 pood, Walking lunges, knee raises instead of K2B, burpess, DU.
    I am happy with my DUs. I was doing mostly singles on an earlier WOD. This one I took only 2 breaks on the 50. First to 12 than to 45 and finished the last 5. It is good to see that skills come back pretty quick. Now, of course my cardio will take quite a bit longer.

  2. Did 15.2 this morning. 2 rounds every three minutes 10 95# OHS 10 CTB increasing to 12 14 etc. Of course the past 14 is for games athletes. I forgot how much this fucking sucks! but I got a pretty big PR. 14OHS + 14 CTB + 3 OHS. Man that hurts.
