21, 18, 15 dumbbell thrusters and 400m run. Used 30#s for the first 21 than dropped to 15#s. TT 15:45.09
Thanks for getting the posts going again. I did this Wednesday morning.21, 18, 15 with 40# dbs on all sets. TT is 9:45
