  1. I am at my parents condo. They had a 15 pound med ball and used that for thrusters (didn't want to scuff the walls). Only did 100 of them.

  2. Dave and Jason nice to see some posts here again. I am still hitting it up 4 to 5 days a week at Crossfit Frontier. Most days are a warm up follow by strength or oly lifting then a three to twenty-five minute met con with the most common being between 8 and 12 minutes. Its good programing. Current weight 192.

    I have some goals for the spring which you guys might find interesting. On May 7th I am going to try and get a sub two hour half marathon. In the month prior I want to snatch my body weight (hopefully at 185#) crossfit total over 1000#s do a sub 4 minute Fran and a perfect strict L-muscle up. Then on May 14th I hope to beat my seven hour time from last year in the Rock Quad. It is a 25 mile trail run with 11,000 feet of elevation change.

    I will keep you posted as I try for these goals.
