Tabata: Push press, situp, SDHP, pushup

  1. second workout after vacation, again, didn't go super crazy but did push a little harder than saturday. Pushups were elbows pinched in tight which is 2X harder for me (all tricep). PP and SDHP really started to wind me after about 3 20 second intervals...

    PP: 16,16,16,9,11,14,11,13
    Situps: 13,12,13,12,13,13,12,13
    SDHP: 11,10,6,8,5,7,5,7
    pushups: 12,9,7,6,5,5,5,6,5

    I am really weak at pushing! Surgery next Thursday on knee and shoulder all at once.
