  1. I managed to do this RXd, but I have been feeling a lot better lately going at 80-90% instead of redlining. Redlining lately makes me feel bad, like risky bad. Chest pain, dizzy, etc. so no thank you.

    And hence, TT 19:41.

    My pullups have gotten really weak. Only doing 75% ROM on those too with the shoulder.
