2 RFT Run 1 Mile 100 situps

  1. I subbed 2 5K's on the Assault Bike cos' Homie Don't Run. I felt assaulted for sure.

    TT 24:01... all situps *almost* unbroken... shit started to burn. I think I stopped for 1-2 seconds maybe twice or so to take a deep breath and wince.
