I haven't even tried to climb a rope since well before my shoulder surgery over two years ago... this morning I just decided why not try it out. It went well! A little sore, but not too bad! I also tried HSPU, NO. That doesn't work for me anymore. I did a couple and can do them, but it hurts.
ReplyDeleteSo I subbed 75 lb strict presses. I can't do a lot overhead anymore with the shoulder.
The rest was RX'd.
