4rds 100' Walking Lunge 30# dumb bells/30 24" BJ/20 30# Pull ups

  1. I wore a 20# vest through out the wod. Carried 20# dumb bells for the lunges, did 24" BJs and pulls with vest.

This may have been a very bad idea for being able to walk with out severe pain tomorrow. Already feeling the big muscles in my legs starting to cramp up. 25:33 as described.

  2. This was a bastard... we did the lunges in the garage so we did 30 steps forward in place rather than walking 100 feet... walking is less strain because there is not that backward step per step to get back to neutral before the next one... if ya know what I mean.

No pullup bar, so I did bench press. First round was 145... I soon realized there was no freaking way I was going to be able to do 120 reps of bench at 145.. moved it down to 125... still... I was down to 1 to 2 reps at a time in round 4. It was quite excruciating. I am going to feel that for days. TT 27:30 something...

  3. Justin, doing those BJ's with the vest on is NUTS

  4. I have sincere remorse for that decision when I try and walk.

  5. Justin—nice work with the addition of the vest.

As Craig said we did this today. Since there isn't a pull up bar I subbed in Power Cleans at 135 (not a lot of fun).

I finished right on Craig's heals at a TT: 28:20 and my legs are already screaming at me.

  6. Didn't you notch those PCs down to 115? Just keepin' it real! :-)

  7. You're right, I did move those down to 115.

My forgetter is working well today.
