Inverse Tabata: Shoulder press, front squat, deadlift

  1. Started with 105 for SP, was doing 4X first few rounds... then started to fail, so moved down to 95 lbs so I could keep doing 4X....

    Front squat was 165, 4 reps each time until last two, that was 3 reps.

    DL was 215, 4 reps 5 times, 3 reps 3 times. Something like that LOL. Too sore to WOD today anyway... what was I thinking? I will blame this on Jason. Thanks a lot, Jason.
