12-9-6 Deadlifts and Bar Muscle-ups

  1. Bought some Fat Gripz, so I though I would try them out. Did this as 21-15-9 135# DL and strict pull-ups. Definitely blasts the forearms. From about half-way through on, it was sets of 2-3 on the DL.
