100 12' WB and 5 L-rope climbs

  1. Did this rx'd. I could not really get into a good throw and catch rhythm with the 12 footers and I ended up dropping or not even trying to catch a lot of them because a lot of them seemed to fall straight down and not back to me. I was throwing to a truss that is 12' exactly to the bottom of the wood.

I stood on the concrete for the wall balls, usually I stand on a rubber stall mat for wall balls and I can say the arches of both my feet hurt like hell an hour later. I found myself jumping on most throws.

Never thought I'd say it, but the L-rope climbs where by far the easy part of this workout.

    12:40 as rx'd

  2. Justin, I hear you on the wall ball. Had a hard time getting the timing down. I did these on the side of my house in the grass. I subbed 15 L-sit Pull-ups for the rope climbs.

  3. We did 1 minute L Sits each round, which took forever. My time is HORRIBLE compared to you guys? I climbed up a big ladder and marked the 12 footer above the mother in law's garage. 18:58. The L Sits did me in. I thought I did pretty good on the WBs but now that I see your times I am cowering....

  4. Holly molly getting that ball to 12 was a challenge, I had to jump on each to make it. TT 22:32—best I recall it was a few days ago.
