5rds 10 StrictCTB/20 slow Hip Back Ex

  1. I do strict CTB as part of my warm up. They are silly hard to do. Went like this with lots of rest:
    4-2-1-1-1-1
    2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1
    3-3-1-1-0-1-0-1
    3-2-2-2-1
    5-2-1-1-1

    Almost have to treat each rep like a heavy dead lift and just take a deep breath and pull as hard as you can with your arms. TT around 20 minutes.

  2. CTB are indeed hard. I had a little bit of bar stare going on in the later rounds. I didn't time it but would say around 15-20 minute range.

  3. Did only 10 hip/back extensions. Also it was chest to rings. Most of mine were shoulder length apart, but I would do some narrow so I would make sure I was hitting the right height.
