I subbed 150m rows for the swims. It was a slow grind. I think it would be a much better work out with the swims, but it still hurt me by the end. 17 + row + 3 push ups

ReplyDeleteI got 19 rounds + 97M. Did hand release pushups and ass to ball squats. I did allow the hands to touch the thighs on the squats.
