  2. Jason and I did bench and front squats for this one today. We tried to do sets of 7. First, we did 50 wall balls for time to warm up. I pulled it off unbroken, 1:37. Jason was right at 2:00.

    For bench, I went 185(7), 205(7), 205(5.875), 205(5)
    For front squat I did all 7's... 95, 165, 195, 205. The 205 got tough, I was making weird noises.

  4. Show me that 50 wall ball for warm up time fellas. You can only do them so fast.. but try to get them unbroken. It's... "interesting"... I am going for 60 next week.
