Jason and I did bench and front squats for this one today. We tried to do sets of 7. First, we did 50 wall balls for time to warm up. I pulled it off unbroken, 1:37. Jason was right at 2:00.
For bench, I went 185(7), 205(7), 205(5.875), 205(5) For front squat I did all 7's... 95, 165, 195, 205. The 205 got tough, I was making weird noises.
Show me that 50 wall ball for warm up time fellas. You can only do them so fast.. but try to get them unbroken. It's... "interesting"... I am going for 60 next week.
did shoulder press with 20 calorie rows in between.

Can't go super heavy so I just upped the reps.
