Deadlifts and running

    It was a fantastic morning to be outside running. And, great WOD for my sore legs.

  3. I scaled to 185 and got 13:36... Chris, nicely done on the RX'd dudeness! It was a beautiful morning to run outside. I ran two lengths and did 450M rows for the other two.

  4. Shit, I forgot to write down my time and I reset my watch. Did it as rx'd. I think it was in the 13's. I found this work out to be somewhat boring.
