  1. This was an exceedingly hard wod, which is of course how it should be. Managed to run the whole way at a good pace, burps were slow. Runs at least 1.5miles. Wore the vest. TT=59:26 Ran very hard the last 3 minutes to get sub one hour, felt good.

  2. Yes, this was hard, and I didn't even run. I did 2500M rows with the vest on, which did indeed slow me down. Rows took about 11:30+ each so I guess the burpees took a bit more than 21 minutes. TT 44:15. Jason did this RXd, he is a really good runner, was a collegiate soccer player. He came in from the run when I was 14 burpees in, and finished the burpees when I was at #134, AND he took a 30 second break removing a layer. So like I said before, he is the king of running and burpees.
    TT 44:15

PS - been cycling to/from work twice a week, so that's a good 4 hours a week usually.... trying to do CF 4 times a week, cycle two days a week, and one rest day.

  3. By the way, I have no illusions that rowing 2500M with a vest on is as difficult as running 2400M with a vest on!

  4. Holly cow this was challenging. The second run took a while to hit a good pace. I had a goal to finish under 45, to do so I had to push pretty hard for the last quarter mile.

  5. Correction—that's Holy cow. No Holly's were involved.

  6. Jason, that time is just flat smoking it. Nice work. That is basically holding an 8 minute mile pace the whole way through both runs with a vest and flying through all those burpees. Amazing.

  7. Jason routinely runs the 400's in 1:30... and it doesn't even bother him. It's wacky.
