This AM I met 4 buddies at the trailhead at 5:20 AM, pitch black dark, and we hiked up about 3.5 miles or so to watch the sun come up at the top of Mt. Falcon, gained about 1,600 feet. Total trip was about 2 1/2 hours, got back down and went to work! Great way to start the day. Getting up at 4:30 AM was a little rough but not too bad.
