10-round Tabata squat then 21, 15, 9 Shoulder to Overhead then 21, 15, 9 Knees to Elbow

  1. So I was dragging this morning and not excited to be in the garage by myself. I wanted to do a WOD longer than 5 minutes for the Tabata Squat so I improvised.

    Tabata Squat total 137
    Shoulder to Overhead TT 3:13
    Knees to Elbow TT 4:21

    All three together made for a good WOD.
