So I was dragging this morning and not excited to be in the garage by myself. I wanted to do a WOD longer than 5 minutes for the Tabata Squat so I improvised. Tabata Squat total 137Shoulder to Overhead TT 3:13Knees to Elbow TT 4:21All three together made for a good WOD.
