Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

  1. Trying to ease myself back into the wods after my holiday hiatus. 135x5/185x3/205x3/225x3/235x3 felt more like 275 so I called it a day. The funny thing that I have learned about going heavy is that you need to go heavy to go heavy.
