Wall Balls

  1. This was less fun than expected and I did not expect it to be fun at all. I was out of breath by the time I started the pull-ups. I need to get serious again.

    Subbed GHD 15
    Wall Ball 15
    Burpess 8 (that was a truly sad effort)
    Double Unders 40
    Total out of shape reps 184.

  2. Man o Man did this leave a mark, one of the toughest 8 minutes of Crossfit I can remember.

    Squats 60
    Sit Ups 45
    Box jumps 20
    Pull ups 20
    Inverted Burpee 20
    Med Ball Clean 15
    Burpess 18
    Double Unders 65
    Total out of shape reps 243
