This should make me sore after two weeks of travel for work and vacation that including running and cross country skiing but no xfit.
ReplyDeleteMy run was a little shy of 400m cause the driveway is drifted in, but it was in sloppy wet snow so it still sucked plenty. The rest as rx'd. 3 rounds 9 CTB, 15 clean, 3 squats.
