Did this one yesterday morning, I was not excited to be in the garage at 5:30, but I was up and out there in the cold.
I was able to complete 7 rounds + 3 PCs. With my shoulder I scaled the PC weight to 115, it was easier than I thought it would be. If there is a next time I will go RX.
After I wanted to see how the shoulder was feeling so I did a quick 3 RFT of 5 C2B Pull-ups and 10 Shoulder to Overhead with only the bar – the shoulder did better than I expected, no pain during or after.
So started today with on the minute snatch and hang snatch for 10 minutes. Started with 105, worked up to 155 and missed 160. Then the real fun. I think you guys would like this one. 30-20-10 Row Calories 24" Box Jumps Pull-ups
