For Time: 50 Knees to Elbow followed by 21-15-9 reps of: Dumbbell thrusters & L pull-ups

  1. So the K2E was a good idea, but it killed the L pull-ups.

    I did the thrusters with 40# dumbbells and the L pull-ups became a bit suspect in my round of 9.
