  1. This was a rough day. I will need to hit the foam roller to be able to walk tomorrow. Started out with work up to 8 rep max back squat. Got 255#, then 8 at 90% and 8 at 80%. Holy shit I was done at this point after my 15 beer and two pounds of chili Sunday of of football bliss, but no. Then 27-21-15-9 Row calories/95# thrusters. That was just evil and wrong at 5:30a.m. My time is too embarrassing to report, but I finished.
