100 DUs, 21 PP/FS, 100 DUs, 15 PP/FS, 100 DUs, 9 PP/FS (115)

  1. Scaled the DUs down to 50 per round to avoid swollen knee. Haven't done DUs in a while... it was weird because all 3 sets I did the first 25 reps unbroken and then it was 1s, 2s, 3s, etc.

    Barbell stuff was RX'd, round of 9 went fully unbroken, first two rounds went two sets for both moves.

    TT 12:57. Too much standing around.

    Did some wicked hill climbing intervals on the bike as the sun was setting last night also.... it was just as bad as rowing intervals. well, almost. First climb went 2:57 (up this dam by the house, Chatfield reservoir)... then I said I wasn't allowed to go home until I beat that, so second attempt went 2:57, a damn tie... third set I gave it ALL I had, 2:46... felt pukey. Road home and drank beer and scotch.

  2. Scaled the PP to 95 and did everything else RX. TT was 18:58.

    I am nursing a strained calf so the 300 DUs are still screaming at me.
