AMRAP 10 minutes of : 10 Triple Unders, 15 Kettlebell swings, 20 Walking Lunges

  1. Man I'm glad this was only 10 minutes and not 20. Really seemed to kick my ass today. I subbed TU's with DU's. Still getting those down so it wasn't even an option for me to try today.

  3. Did 20 DU for the sub too. Just can't figure out the triple under yet.
    6 rounds + 12 DU

    Also, I have a great double under trick that I think has made them much easier. I always put my thumb straight down the back of the handle, just like you would with a hammer or a fly rod, but then the other day I tried shifting my thumb to the outside and it worked miracles. It gave me more leverage to spin the rope faster and more consistently.

    Give it a try and let me know how it works for you. Shift the thumb to the outside, towards the first knuckle on your index finger.
