EMOM ascending thrusters

  1. Got to 22 minutes. First 20 minutes RXd (through 135 lbs) then went up to 145 lbs and got two minutes. With a gun to my head, I believe I could have finished that round, but I was worked over pretty hardcore and my legs were cramping up so I felt like that was a sufficient WOD. I'm not a competitive games athlete or anything! That's where I am at right now.. I want to try hard, get a good workout for my health, but I don't need to go totally nuts and overdo things.

  2. I was able to RX through 15 minutes/115 lbs. When I got to 135 it was obvious I had hit my limit. So I backed off to 115 lbs. and did a few more rounds.

    Now I am sitting at my desk and realizing my whole body is sore.

    Great and effective WOD
