Running + 1/2 Angie

  1. Did 500M rows for runs, and 50 bicep curls for the pullups (still trying to rehab the forearm). Those took a surprisingly long time. Did 20 lbs on the bad arm, 30 lbs on the good one. The rest RX'd of course. TT 18:58
