Deadlifts 5 sets with 5 reps

  1. Man my tiddies and abs are screaming at me today. I have feeling will only be worse.

    It's been awhile so I couldn't go super heavy. Still a great lift and a good WOD.

  2. Did this with a hook grip and 320# + some box jumps. Deadlifts went 5 by 5x320. Box jumbs went 3x33", 3x34.5", 3x34.5",3 x 3x36". Clamped some 2x6 flat on top of my rouge box. Safety first:)
