225#Front Squat/Bar Muscle Up 9-7-5

  1. Managed to get another bar muscle up while warming up, but definitely do not have them figured out to the point where I can do a wod with them. Did regular muscle ups. This wod hurt. TT=10:51

  2. I do not have a bar in the garage so I went to the park. I brought 88 pounds of kettlebells with me and did my front squats with that. It seems way harder with kettlebells than with a bar. I should have warmed up more. I almost made the set of 5 unbroken (4 and a half). Was only going sets of 3 or less when I started.
